Privacy Policy

Your orders are sent to us via a Secure Page on our web site. This means that others cannot hack into your credit card details or obtain any other personal information from our order form.

• All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption.
• They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
• Any customer information held on our computers complies with the rules and laws contained within the Data Protection Act 1984 act.
• We will keep customer information safe and secure and will not distribute or sell this information to a third party.
• We will not send emails to you unless you have given us your consent by subscribing to our email newsletter.
• Our emails always include an option to 'unsubscribe' in the footer.

Availability

Occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please email us if any particular item is out of stock and we will endeavour to source it for you and let you know the estimated delivery date.

Special Offers

All special offer prices are subject to availability and at the discretion of Izzivelo. Izzivelo reserve the right to withdraw the sale of a product at any time, should they see fit.

Promotions and promotional prices will run temporarily (eg. while stocks last) and can be withdrawn at any time

Returns

Returns to Izzi are easy! In the event that you don’t like the colour or something doesn’t fit please fill out the returns  form that came in the box with your order (contact us for one if you’ve lost it), peel the self adhesive label off the bottom of your invoice, stick it prominently on the box (to make it as easy as you can even re-use our boxes!) and nip down the post office. Simple as that.

A few little notes:

You are responsible for covering postage costs when returning an Item to Izzivelo.

With European and International exchanges there may be a charge for posting the new item out to you this will vary depending on the current cost of delivery to that country. For an accurate price, please contact us before returning your item.

Whilst we are happy to try and resolve any issues relating to faulty products sent back to us, we must insist that under Health & Safety guidelines all such returns are clean, this includes the soles of any footwear returned.

All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for the original purchase.

Shipping + Delivery

For orders placed before 2pm we aim to dispatch your order same day, orders after 2pm may be processed the following day.

The simple answer is 'Yes!'

Any personal information given to Izzivelo will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Izzivelo server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Izzivelo does not store your credit card information at any time. To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Izzivelo website, a small lock icon will appear in your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.
