Returns
Returns to Izzi are easy! In the event that you don’t like the colour or something doesn’t fit please fill out the returns form that came in the box with your order (contact us for one if you’ve lost it), peel the self adhesive label off the bottom of your invoice, stick it prominently on the box (to make it as easy as you can even re-use our boxes!) and nip down the post office. Simple as that.

You are responsible for covering postage costs when returning an Item to Izzivelo.
With European and International exchanges there may be a charge for posting the new item out to you this will vary depending on the current cost of delivery to that country. For an accurate price, please contact us before returning your item.
Whilst we are happy to try and resolve any issues relating to faulty products sent back to us, we must insist that under Health & Safety guidelines all such returns are clean, this includes the soles of any footwear returned.
All refunds will be given as soon as possible, and usually take the form of a refund transaction onto the card used for the original purchase.
